What the demo keeps, and for how long.

WHAT IS STORED

Each demo session writes a record as it runs: the notes and artifacts Maya puts in the room - her written notes, diagrams, plots, formulas, the forms she turns in the air - the text of the exchange, what she said and what you said or typed, and server-measured timings: when the session started, when it ended, and the heartbeat that proves it was live.

Alongside the record sits an anonymous visitor identifier - a one-way hash derived from your network address and browser signature. The demo's records keep only the hash, never the address itself, and the hash cannot be reversed.

We also count usage: anonymous product events - a session started, a session ended, a review left - go to an analytics service. No transcript content, no recordings, no names.

WHAT IS NOT STORED

No audio recordings. Your voice is processed live to hold the conversation and MindMade keeps none of it - there is no recording to play back. The demo never asks your name, your email, or an account.

WHERE YOUR DATA GOES

Two different things happen to your data, in two different places. Your stored records - the notes, artifacts and session timings above - live in Australia (our database and hosting run in Sydney) and do not leave it. The live conversation itself is different: while the call is running, your voice and words are processed by the AI providers that give Maya her hearing, voice and mind, and that processing happens on their infrastructure in the United States. It lasts for the duration of the call and is governed by their terms as our subprocessors, not stored by MindMade.

WHY

Two reasons, both visible in the product. The record becomes your session report - the page you can download as a PDF when the room closes. The visitor identifier enforces the demo's daily limits - three sessions a day, ten minutes each - without asking who you are.

HOW LONG

Demo records are kept for up to thirty days, then removed. The removal is automatic - a scheduled sweep deletes every demo session older than thirty days, and the session's events, report and review go with it. A bug report you choose to send stays until it is acted on; when its session is removed, the link between them is removed too.

TRAINING

MindMade does not train models on your data. The record exists to be handed back to you as your report, not to be mined.

WHAT COMES NEXT

The demo never learns who you are, so there is no account to delete and nothing to export - time does the erasing. When the full Institute opens and accounts exist, this page will grow the controls that come with them: export, erasure on demand, and a person to write to.
